  • Bachelor's degree and four years of professional experience in the described areas, including 18 months in executive/managerial capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of traffic signal projects from design completion to final completion.
  • Monitor delivery pacing across the portfolio and keep the program on pace.
  • Track work across multiple contracts, identify conflicts and resolve them to keep delivery moving.
  • Build and maintain program trackers, dashboards, and reporting rhythms for leadership visibility.
  • Study how projects move through delivery and recommend improvements for faster street infrastructure.
