E-Z Bel Construction, LLC seeks an experienced Traffic Signals Installer in Austin, TX to assemble, wire, and install traffic signal systems and related equipment outdoors. You will work with overhead/underground wiring, operate bucket trucks and aerial lifts, and ensure all work meets MUTCD, OSHA, and project standards.

Responsibilities include reading layouts and schematics, installing signal heads, detectors, and cabinet systems, testing electrical continuity, and documenting work in logs.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in traffic signal installation or related construction.
• Ability to read construction drawings, electrical schematics, and riser diagrams.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret intersection layouts and schematics.
• Install and wire signal heads, push buttons, and detectors per specs.
• Pull, route, and splice wires through conduit; maintain color coding and terminations.
• Assemble and install signal poles, mast arms, and brackets using proper hardware and torque.
• Install and configure detection systems, controllers, cabinets, and battery backup systems.
