Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a traffic safety protector at job sites in Indiana. No prior experience or degree required; training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure safety at all times.

Key duties include setting up traffic control devices, directing traffic with stop/slow paddles, and maintaining equipment. The role requires a valid driver’s license and physical ability to handle 40–50 pound lifts, with a flexible schedule and year-round outdoor work.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40–50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic and changing weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule and punctuality.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including a drug test.
• Commitment to safety, alertness around moving traffic.

Responsibilities

• Set up and dismantle cones, signs, and barricades.
• Direct traffic with stop/slow paddles and monitor site activity.
• Follow safety protocols learned during training.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of vehicles and equipment.
• Work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions.
