Coastal Elite Pro in Terre Haute, Indiana, is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector with no experience or degree required. You will set up traffic control devices, guide vehicles with paddles, and monitor site activity.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift 40–50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic and variable weather.
• Flexible schedule and punctuality.
• Able to pass pre-employment screening, including drug testing.
• Alertness around moving traffic and respectful behavior.

Responsibilities

• Setting up cones, signs, barricades, and removing traffic control equipment.
• Guiding traffic using stop/slow paddles and monitoring site activity.
• Following safety protocols learned during training.
• Communicating effectively with crew and supervisors.
• Maintaining vehicles and equipment in a clean and safe condition.
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions.
