Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Indiana is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to join a mobile team at various job sites. You will set up cones, signs and barricades, guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, and help enforce safety training learned on the job.

No experience is required; paid training and traffic safety certification are provided. The role offers a flexible schedule, overtime opportunities, and paths to lead roles as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift 40–50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic and in variable weather.
• Flexible schedule and punctuality.
• Must pass pre-hire screening, including drug tests.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to rules.
• Respectful attitude toward coworkers, clients, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and dismantling traffic control setups.
• Monitor traffic and job site activity.
• Follow safety protocols learned during training.
• Communicate effectively with crew and supervisors.
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are clean and safe.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
