Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to set up traffic control devices, guide vehicles with stop/slow paddles, and ensure site safety. No prior experience required; full training provided.

You will establish cones, signs, and barricades, monitor traffic, communicate with crew, and keep vehicles and equipment clean and safe while working outdoors in all weather for 8–12 hours per shift. A valid driver’s license, ability to lift 40–50 pounds, and the ability to pass

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-hire screening and drug tests.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40–50 pounds for extended periods outdoors.
• Willingness to work in traffic and varying weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule and punctuality; commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Establishing cones, signs, and barricades, then dismantling them after work.
• Monitoring traffic and activity at job sites to maintain safety.
• Communicating effectively with crew and supervisors.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety of vehicles and equipment.
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions, potentially standing or walking 8-12 hours per shift.
