Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to join our field team across multiple sites. You will set up cones, signs and barricades, guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, and enforce safety protocols.

No experience required; paid training provided. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, work outdoors in all weather, and pass a drug test.

The role offers flexibility for shifts, overtime, and opportunities to advance to Lead Protector or Field Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Able to stand, walk, and work outdoors for long periods.
• Capable of lifting 40–50 pounds.
• Willing to work in traffic and varying weather.
• Flexible schedule and punctual.
• Must pass pre-hire drug screening.
• Alert and able to follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Set up and take down traffic control equipment.
• Guide traffic and monitor site activity.
• Provide safety support and equipment maintenance.
• Receive paid training and safety certification.
