Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to join a team at multiple job sites. No prior experience or degree is required as comprehensive training and support are provided.

You will set up cones, signs and barricades, guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, follow safety protocols, and work outdoors in all weather, including night or weekend shifts. Training is paid, with opportunities for promotion.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Lift 40–50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic and variable weather.
• Flexibility and punctuality.
• Pass pre-hire screening, including drug tests.
• Alertness around moving traffic and respectful conduct.

Responsibilities

• Setting up cones, signs, barricades, and traffic control equipment.
• Guiding traffic using stop/slow paddles and monitoring site activity.
• Following all safety protocols learned during training.
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety of vehicles and equipment.
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions, potentially including night, weekend, or emergency shifts.
