Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro seeks a Traffic Safety Protector to manage traffic control at various sites. Training is provided, no prior experience required.

You will set up cones, signs, and barricades, guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, and monitor site activity, while following safety protocols. Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift 40–50 pounds for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in traffic and various weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude.
• Respectful communication with coworkers, clients, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Set up traffic cones, signs, and barricades at job sites.
• Use stop/slow paddles to guide vehicles and direct traffic.
• Monitor site activity and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors.
• Maintain equipment and company vehicles.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
