Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to set up cones, signs, and barricades at job sites and guide traffic with stop/slow paddles. You will ensure safety protocols are followed and stay in communication with the crew and supervisors.

No prior experience or degree is required; comprehensive training and safety equipment are provided. Expect to work outdoors in all weather, with shifts that may include nights and weekends, and opportunities for overtime and advancement within

Qualifications

• No prior experience or degree required; comprehensive training and safety equipment provided.
• Valid driver's license as a baseline requirement.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40–50 pounds.
• Must pass pre-hire screening including a drug test.
• Demonstrate alertness and respectful conduct while working near traffic.

Responsibilities

• Set up cones, signs, and barricades at job sites.
• Guide traffic with stop/slow paddles.
• Maintain communication with crew and supervisors.
• Keep equipment and vehicles clean and well-maintained.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions with flexible shifts.
