Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years' professional experience in planning, zoning, or development management.
• Experience in traffic safety planning preferred.
• Proof of licenses, certifications and education when applying.
• Degree equivalence documentation if degree from outside the USA.

Responsibilities

• Oversees, facilitates, and coordinates traffic safety projects.
• Knowledge of highway safety analysis, roadway design, safety plans, and safety recommendation development.
• Coordinates with local, state, and federal stakeholders to implement SHSP and Vision Zero.
• Represents the County at public conferences and meetings.
• Manages projects to meet deadlines; educates and promotes programs.
