Job summary

The University of Florida on the Gainesville campus seeks a Research Coordinator II to support grant administration and safety program activities across statewide highway safety initiatives.

You will manage records, reports, inventory, outreach, website content, and partner communications, coordinating with project managers, vendors, and community organizations to ensure timely completion of programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Florida Driver License.
• Experience coordinating grants, reporting, inventory management, and outreach is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with the implementation and completion of activities for highway safety grants.
• Provide customer service and program assistance to traffic safety partners across Florida.
• Maintain accurate participant, partner, activity, and program records; support grant reporting and compliance.
• Review and process requests for safety resources and manage distribution records.
• Keep UF-T2 and FTSRC websites updated with program announcements and resources.
• Represent UF-T2 and FTSRC at community and statewide safety events.
