You will direct major traffic programs, set technical standards, and influence nationwide and international projects, while mentoring junior engineers and maintaining key client relationships.

Ideal candidates bring PE licensure in Florida, 18+ years of traffic engineering, and deep expertise in signal design, ITS, and traffic modeling.

Qualifications

• PE licensure in FL required; advanced degree may reduce years of experience.
• Extensive knowledge across traffic engineering principles and ITS.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs in US and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Set internal and industry standards for technical approaches in traffic engineering.
• Direct traffic impact studies, capacity analyses, and corridor safety evaluations.
• Mentor junior engineers in signal timing, traffic control plans, and markings.
• Manage multi-regional programs statewide, US-wide, and potentially international.
