CPH is seeking a Senior Traffic Engineer to lead and mentor the transportation team in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary setting. The role focuses on traffic impact analyses, signal design, modeling, and ensuring compliance with standards while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

You will oversee multiple projects, support business development, and contribute to high-quality deliverables across public and private sectors in Florida.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of traffic engineering principles and safety standards.
• Proficiency in Synchro, SIDRA, HCS, FSUTMS, and CAD tools.
• License as Professional Engineer in Florida is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of Traffic Impact Analyses and related studies.
• Oversee signal design, timing studies, and roundabout analyses.
• Perform traffic modeling and travel demand analyses.
• Coordinate with surveyors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor staff and manage multiple projects within budget.
