Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service and/or relevant experience.
• Ability to work in an environment with high mental/emotional stress.
• Incidents may involve graphic details from dispatch, video and reports.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality traffic operations in the TOC control room.
• Assist the Shift Supervisor as Incident Manager for Level 1 incidents.
• Coordinate with media, DPS, and Community Relations.
• Communicate with all UDOT regions and law enforcement.
• Follow safety standards and QA processes, may work extended hours.
• Make decisions to quickly clear incidents and report data.
