Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator Level 3 or 4 to support shipping, receiving, inventory control and logistics activities. The role involves manual movement of materials, documentation, and coordination with property and QA teams.

The position requires a high school diploma and 4–6 years of related experience, a U.S. Secret clearance, and the ability to obtain SAP clearance. Relocation assistance and 10% travel may be available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 4 yrs relevant work experience (Level 3) or 6 yrs (Level 4) in shipping/receiving, inventory control or manufacturing.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance with potential for SAP access.
• Physical ability to perform moderate strenuous work including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain SAP clearance in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Move, ship and receive materials and tools.
• Prepare and coordinate shipping documentation; track shipments.
• Coordinate with Property Management for shipping/receiving tooling and equipment.
• Maintain shipment/receiving records and inventories; support Accounts Payable with shipment data.
• Ensure parts/materials are staged for Quality Incoming Inspection.
