Job summary

Cabinetworks Group in Waconia, MN is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to support all traffic operations, booking shipments and creating shipping paperwork. This role is integral to our center-led logistics program and involves coordinating with Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and Operations to identify inefficiencies and improvements.

The position requires 2+ years of traffic/shipping experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Works with Production to ensure orders are closed and trucks leave the plant on time
• Produce paperwork into truck shipments to facilitate production and delivery
• Point person for LTL shipment and paperwork creation
• Coordinate last-minute scheduling and address changes for the plant
• Monitor hot shipments and communicate with Care/Sales
• Research lost or damaged product with carriers and final mile facilities
• Track and archive past truck paperwork and update shipping statistics
