Job summary

Waters Corporation is seeking a Traffic Coordinator in the United States to manage export shipments from the Global Distribution Center. This entry-level role handles tracking, liaises with subsidiary partners, and coordinates shipping with carriers to ensure timely, compliant movement of goods.

Typical hours are 8:00am–4:30pm, five days a week, on-site in a fast-paced logistics environment supporting global distribution and customer service teams.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree desired OR 1-2 years distribution, warehouse or transportation experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish mode of transportation taking into account cost and lead-time
• Understand and align with US Export law- release Sanctioned party blocks as appropriate
• Monitor imports and exports and advance shipments of concern to Trade Ops/Compliance
• Process Canadian Exports and submit files to Brokers timely
• Partner with 3rd party carriers and forwarders to procure freight quotes for modes of transportation and service level
• All other tasks as assigned
