Job summary

Cabinetworks Group is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to support all Traffic operations at the Waconia, MN plant. You will book shipments, create shipping paperwork, and collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and Operations to identify inefficiencies and improvements in delivery processes.

Requires a High School diploma and 2+ years of traffic/shipping experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 2+ years traffic and shipping experience.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent customer and client service skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Works with Production to ensure orders are closed and trucks leave the plant on time (review open order reports).
• Produce paperwork for truck shipments to facilitate production, loading and delivery of product.
• Serve as point person for LTL shipment paperwork creation.
• Coordinate last-minute scheduling/traffic address changes for the plant.
• Monitor hot shipments and communicate with Care/Sales; track and resolve shipping issues.
