Qualifications

• Experience in highways, traffic engineering, transportation, or civil engineering.
• Ability to conduct site surveys, inspections, and data collection.
• Ability to produce technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience in monitoring contractor performance and site activities.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from traffic, highway, and site surveys.
• Design and develop traffic management and highway improvement schemes.
• Create engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Assist in the design and implementation of parking controls, traffic regulations, and highway improvements.
• Contribute to the development of complex traffic and highway schemes.
• Prepare cost estimates and financial forecasts for traffic management projects.
• Issue work orders, site instructions, and technical guidance to contractors.
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure work meets specifications.
• Inspect completed projects to verify quality and materials used.
• Review contractor invoices and payment claims, providing recommendations for payment approval.
