Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Traffic Control Officer in Beverly Hills, CA to direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic at a major medical facility and surrounding roadways. You will support safe, efficient traffic operations, assist patients and visitors, and help maintain access to the facility.

Responsibilities include monitoring conditions, coordinating with the Traffic Control Supervisor, and adapting to changes due to construction and special operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic in designated areas.
• Maintain safe and efficient traffic flow while minimizing congestion and delays.
• Provide professional customer service and assist patients, visitors, employees, vendors, and contractors with directions and access information.
• Monitor traffic conditions and report safety concerns or incidents to the Traffic Control Supervisor.
• Follow established traffic control plans, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Adapt to changing traffic patterns, roadway closures, and construction activities.
• Assist with managing vehicle access points, loading zones, and restricted-access locations as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, contractors, vendors, and facility representatives.
