PeopleReady of Baltimore, MD is seeking a Flagger to control vehicle traffic at roadways, parking lots, and construction sites. You will help ensure safe movement of traffic and protect public safety while directing motorists and maintaining work-zone integrity.

Pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour with eligibility for next-day pay and access to JobStack, our mobile app for easy job applications and on-demand work opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication with crew while flagging.
• Flagger Certification Required.
• Must have reliable transportation or own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Work with team to establish safe movement of traffic around work zones.
• Flag motorists to warn them of obstacles or repair work ahead.
• Take ownership of work zone and pass vehicles safely.
• Place signs, barricades, traffic cones, and other warning devices— duties vary by assignment.
• Respond to emergencies and perform tasks for public safety during emergencies.
