Stonefield Engineering & Design, a full-service engineering and consulting firm in New York, is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in traffic engineering. The role emphasizes leadership, technical depth, and client-focused problem solving.

Ideal candidates will hold a PE license, have at least four years of relevant experience, and be proficient with AutoCAD, HCS, and Synchro/SimTraffic.

Competenze

• Requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a PE license.
• Minimum of 4 years of traffic engineering experience, with understanding of zoning and site plan permitting preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, traffic signal design, and related civil engineering software required.

Mansioni

• Teach and mentor entry-level to mid-level designers and analysts.
• Prepare Traffic Impact and Parking Studies and Intersection Capacity Analyses.
• Design Traffic Signal and Roadway Improvement Plans and associated drawings.
• Prepare Maintenance and Traffic Control drawings and traffic signal timing directives.
• Lead project management tasks including zoning and land development permitting, field inspection, and reporting.
• Present findings to municipal, county, and state bodies.
