Maldonado-Burkett LLP is seeking a Traffic Customer Service & Data Entry Operator/CHAMP Dispatcher to be based in Thomaston, GA. This full-time, on-site role provides on-the-job training and requires reliable transportation for 24/7 operations.

The position involves answering calls, coordinating with GDOT personnel, and entering incidents into NaviGAtor while maintaining accurate records and clear communication with multiple agencies. Ability to multitask and work holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Proficient data entry skills with Word/Excel.
• Experience in call center or customer service environments.
• Dispatching or 911 operations experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and handle radio/phone/computer usage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to learn new computer programs and systems.
• Ability to interpret and relay technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls into the 511GA system and assist travelers.
• Provide excellent customer service during inquiries and incidents.
• Coordinate with GDOT and other agencies for maintenance issues.
• Enter and manage traffic incidents in NaviGAtor and related systems.
• Maintain records, logs, and updated contact lists.
• Support CHAMP operations and field personnel as needed.
• Ensure radio communications comply with rules and procedures.
