Job summary

Qualifications

• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Experience in traffic control or dispatching preferred but not required.
• Proficient with basic computer programs and dispatching software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule flaggers for daily assignments, ensuring adequate coverage for all job sites.
• Maintain detailed records of flagger assignments, work hours, and other relevant details.
• Report on the performance and availability of flaggers to ensure staffing needs are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact between flaggers, supervisors and the operations team.
• Provide clear instructions and updates on project status, safety protocols, and any changes to the schedule or job requirements.
• Other job duties as assigned.
• Regular, reliable on-site attendance
