The Walt Disney Company in Glendale, CA is seeking a Copy Coordinator to manage the proper acquisition of all commercial content for On-Air logs. Responsibilities may change daily to fit the department’s needs.

You will work with Agencies and Sales to ensure accuracy of traffic copy data, apply instructions precisely, and coordinate sponsorship placements with Sales/Marketing. Collaboration with Inventory Manager and providers ensures timely delivery and airing compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years’ experience in Television Traffic.
• Must be computer literate and have clerical/data input experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Television/Radio Broadcasting or related field.

Responsabilités

• Work with Agencies and Sales to manage accuracy of traffic copy data.
• Apply commercial copy per agency instructions and schedules.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing on Sponsorship placements for spots and billboards.
• Maintain and file all commercial instructions for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with Inventory Manager and digital providers for delivery status.
• Ensure advertiser accommodations are met in collaboration with Sales.
• Resolve copy issues with Sales/management to maximize inventory.
• Assist Traffic management with department projects.
• Work with BS&P to ensure spots air correctly.
