Job summary

Great Lakes Studios, a community-focused media company, is seeking a Traffic Coordinator for the Cleveland Studios division in downtown Cleveland. This hybrid role requires 1-2 days in the office weekly and supports advertising, production, and studio teams with digital and print campaigns.

You will traffic creative between clients and production teams, manage digital ad campaigns, collect client assets, fulfill and optimize campaigns, and provide performance analytics to account management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school (Business/Marketing preferred).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle a number of projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Traffic creative between advertising clients and our print production/studios teams
  • Manage client digital ad campaigns (Proprietary Website, Email, and Social)
  • Collect client creative
  • Fulfill and optimize campaigns
  • Provide performance analytics reports to account management team
  • Work with Editorial team to manage sponsored social post availability
  • Work with Account Management team to manage email newsletter advertising availability
  • Manage and maintain CRM
  • Attend Account Management, Cleveland Studios and Operations department meetings once per week and be an active contributor to the teams

Great Lakes Studios, a community-focused media company, is looking for anTraffic Coordinatorfor ourCleveland Studiosdivision.

This hybrid office position is based in our downtown Cleveland office. In-office work will be required 1-2 days per week and available each day. The successful candidate will provide support for the advertising, production, and studio teams in our digital and print products. We are looking for someone who is comfortable in the middle of the action. Smart, hard-working, team-oriented people in this role have gone on to senior leadership positions in sales, production, digital and corporate management. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager ofCleveland Studios. Cleveland Studios is a division of Great Lakes Studios, owned and headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio.

For 55 years, Cleveland Magazine and now Cleveland Studios has been a locally owned and operated champion for Cleveland delivering award-winning content for readers and advertising solutions for local organizations. You will be working alongside 50 of the most passionate, dedicated and creative people in the region.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Customer service disposition and “can do” problem-solver attitude.

Must work well in a deadline-driven environment.
