United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a strategic project manager to optimize creative workflows for a world-class professional services leader. You will act as a consultative partner across internal teams, driving end-to-end execution and resource allocation for dynamic marketing campaigns.

The role focuses on coordinating with cross-functional teams, using Workfront for routing and monitoring workloads, and ensuring timely delivery while mitigating risks in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mid-level project tracking or traffic management experience in a dynamic agency or corporate creative environment.
• Experience using Workfront for assignment routing and resource allocation; Monday.com experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and maintain continuity during peak volumes.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end campaign routing and resource management within Workfront to ensure on-time strategic execution across all marketing deliverables.
• Partner consultatively with cross-functional service teams to resolve complex timeline constraints and deliver data-driven workload solutions.
• Establish proactive communication frameworks and turnaround expectations with stakeholders to maintain project momentum and alignment.
• Monitor pipeline analytics and workload balance to identify bottlenecks and mitigate operational risks.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or equivalent business experience, accompanied by advanced Excel proficiency.
