Traffic Management LLC in McDonough, GA is hiring a Flagger/Traffic Controller to help manage road closures and protect workers and the public. You will learn to set up cones and barricades, perform two-way flagging, and handle traffic control equipment with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license for 3 years and a clear motor vehicle record.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be available during business hours and able to work nights/weekends when on-call schedule.
• Able to lift 50lbs and stand on your feet for 6-12 hours per day.
• Decent communication skills; English proficiency required for safety coordination.

Responsibilities

• Safety is our business! As a Flagger/Traffic Controller you will manage road closures and ensure the safety of those passing by.
• You will learn to close off roads using cones/barricades and perform two-way flagging with stop/slow signs to guide traffic.
• You will load trucks and deliver/pick up barricades, signs, and traffic control equipment and complete reports as needed.

Responsibilities:

Safety is our business! As a Flagger/Traffic Controller you are responsible for various road closures and the safety of those passing by. In this job, you will learn how to close off a road using cones/ barricades and be responsible for two-way flagging. Two-way flagging is using a stop & slow sign to allow the traffic to know when they can pass work zones safely. You will also be responsible for loading trucks and delivering/Picking-up barricades, signs & Traffic Control equipment and complete reports and other duties as necessary.
