Job summary

Integrity, an AWP Safety Company, seeks a Traffic Control Technician to manage traffic flow in work zones, set up and remove devices, and coordinate with clients to ensure safety. This role involves being on site in varying weather and shifts, with a sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities include installing signs and cones, using stop/slow paddles, and maintaining compliance with safety guidelines while working with a team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• TCT Certification or 2000+ verifiable hours required.
• Able to lift 40–50 pounds.
• Prior experience in temporary traffic control services, utility or construction industries preferred.
• Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office products and CRM systems.
• Must pass pre-hire screening, including a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices per guidelines.
• Set up cones, signs, and barricades and take equipment down.
• Use stop/slow paddle to guide traffic and monitor site activity.
• Follow all safety rules taught in training.
• Communicate with crew and supervisor.
• Keep vehicles and equipment clean and safe.
• Work outside year-round in all weather.
• Overtime may be required.
