Job summary

Integrity, an AWP Safety Company, is seeking a Traffic Control Technician to protect clients' people, time, and property. You will set up and maintain traffic devices, guide traffic with a STOP/SLOW paddle, and ensure work zones meet federal, state, and local standards.

This role is outdoors year-round, may require nights or weekends, and includes driving a company vehicle to sites. A TCT certification or 2000+ hours is required; pre-hire drug screening applies. Full-time with benefits available.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
• Must pass pre-hire screening, including a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices according to guidelines.
• Use stop/slow paddle to guide traffic and ensure safety of the work site.
• Coordinate with crew and supervisor; communicate with customers.
• Work outside in all weather and stand/walk 8 to 12 hours per shift.
