Job summary

RoadSafe Traffic Systems seeks a Traffic Control Supervisor II to oversee traffic control operations on assigned projects in Lexington, SC. You will set up, monitor, and remove lane closures, redirect traffic for crews, and ensure compliance with safety requirements.

You will lead a foreman-like crew, mentor new hires, perform site documentation, and manage equipment transport between sites, including MOT and TMA vehicles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor certification required.
• Must complete ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor advanced training.
• Experience setting up operations on state/local roadways.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local traffic safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute traffic control and safety operations.
• Lead daily crews of technicians and flaggers with safety leadership.
• Ensure compliance with PPE and safety protocols.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety training to crew.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and timesheets.
