• Proven ability to set up traffic control operations on state/local roadways.

Aufgaben

• Operate company vehicles to transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.
• Lead daily traffic control crews including technicians and flaggers.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, PPE, and company policies.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety trainings to crew members.
• Mentor and train new hires in traffic control procedures.
• Maintain timesheets, tickets, and job documentation.
• Set up and monitor traffic control devices and signage.
• Travel to multiple job sites and occasionally stay overnight.
• Perform routine maintenance on traffic control equipment.
