Traffic Safety Services (TSS) is seeking a dependable Traffic Control, Perm Install, and Pavement Marking Technician in Mandan, ND. Seasonal on-site role with hourly wages starting at $20.00/hr and prevailing wage $30.80–$34.30/hr for on-site work.

Responsibilities include driving company vehicles, setting up traffic control devices, loading equipment, and adhering to safety policies. Benefits offered include health insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating forklift and skid-steer is a plus.
• Reliable method to receive work schedule.
• Able to read maps and traffic control/pavement marking plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive the company vehicle to and from job sites safely.
• Set up, tear down, and maintain traffic control devices.
• Assist departments to complete jobs on time.
• Maintain a clean shop and yard.
• Inspect, fuel, and stock trucks and equipment.
• Organize inventory and secure loads for transport.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers safely.
• Lay out pavement markings as needed.
• Operate heads on small grinders and forklifts.
• Perform minor equipment repairs.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
