Job Title: Traffic Control/Foreman Flaggers (Baxley, GA)

About the Role

As a Foreman Flagger at Ansco, you will ensure safe travel in active worksite areas by assisting with traffic control and flagging duties.

Responsibilities

• Control traffic at complex worksites using hand signs and paddles
• Prepare flags, cones, signs, and markers
• Perform general construction work under supervision
• Train other flaggers as needed
• Drive safely and adhere to company driving policies
• Follow DOT guidelines
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment
• Work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience
• Valid State driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• At least one year of flagging experience

Physical Demands & Exposures

• Work alone in remote locations, operate vehicles, and perform physical activities including bending, stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 55 pounds, and using fine motor skills
