What you’ll do as a Flagger

• Control traffic in and around active worksites with hand signs and paddles
• Prepare flags, cones, signs, and markers
• Perform general construction work under the direction of the Foreman or Supervisor
• Drive safely and follow company safe driving policies
• Follow local, state, and federal DOT guidelines
• Clean and maintain all company vehicles and equipment
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
• Valid State driver’s license (non-provisional) with an acceptable driving record
• Previous flagging experience is preferred

Physical abilities & exposures

• Work alone in remote locations, operate vehicle, squeeze, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift between 10 and 25 pounds, perform fine hand motions, use keyboard and mouse routinely
• Occasionally work with arms above shoulder level, climb stairs, and lift between 26 and 55 pounds
