Job summary

AWP Safety, Inc is seeking a Traffic Control Flagger to establish safe work zones, manage traffic flow, and protect clients in a fast-paced outdoor setting. The role offers entry-level opportunities with paid training, including ATSSA certification and defensive driving, and room for growth into supervisory paths.

Expect 8–12 hour shifts in various weather conditions. Competitive hourly pay of $17.00–$17.75 with guaranteed raises within the first year and benefits such as PTO and Daily Pay.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to stand 8–12 hours daily.
• Two years of outdoor labor experience.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Flexible to work nights and weekends.
• Able to read and understand work zone plans/maps.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining safe work zones with proper equipment.
• Collaborating with team to ensure safety of all.
• Managing traffic flow with stop/slow paddles.
• Delivering service and protection to clients.
• Participating in on-the-job training and development.
