LaborMAX is seeking a flagger to maintain safety and order on road maintenance and construction sites. You will work in medium-sized teams (6–10 people), manage traffic flow, ensure safety protocol compliance, and effectively communicate with site personnel.

Reports to the Site Supervisor; daytime shifts with potential night and weekend hours. Responsibilities include directing traffic, enforcing safety rules, placing signage, coordinating with the team, reporting incidents, and setting up

• Entry-level experience in traffic control.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of traffic control and safety procedures.
