Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Kokomo, IN is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to join a field team delivering traffic control and site safety across multiple job sites.

You will set up cones and signage, guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, and follow safety protocols learned during training. This role requires physical fitness and outdoor work in all weather, with some night and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to stand, walk, lift 40–50 pounds, and work outside for extended periods
• Willingness to work in traffic and varying weather conditions
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends
• Pass pre-hire screening, including drug testing
• Attention to safety and respectful interaction with others
