Join us as a Traffic Control Flagger at Wright

We are hiring for the Traffic Control Flagger position at Wright. This entry-level role offers opportunities for promotion, on-the-job training, weekly pay, overtime, and raises based on performance. No prior experience is necessary.

Responsibilities:

1. Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips, following ATSSA and DOT regulations.
2. Load and unload work zone equipment.
3. Drive company vehicles safely to and from job sites.
4. Complete all required paperwork promptly.
5. Wear and maintain proper PPE according to Wright policies.
6. Read and understand safety manuals and employee handbook.
7. Report directly to a Field Supervisor.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable communication to receive work schedules.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Pass a drug screening prior to employment and remain drug-free.
• Ability to stand for entire shifts and perform hand and arm movements.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing flagging duties.
