Job Overview

Looking for a job with promotion opportunities? We offer on-the-job training, weekly pay, overtime, and raises for time earned! No experience necessary for this entry-level position. Starting pay is $18/hour, with a $500/month retention bonus for up to 6 months for all new hires in good standing. Crew lead opportunities and operator incentives with unlimited wage potential are also available.

Responsibilities

1. Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips, according to ATSSA and DOT regulations.
2. Load and unload work zone equipment to and from the company vehicle.
3. Drive the company vehicle to and from job sites safely.
4. Complete all paperwork in a timely manner.
5. Wear and maintain proper PPE according to Wright's policies.
6. Read and understand Wright's safety manual and employee handbook.
7. Report directly to a Field Supervisor.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Must be at least 18 years old.
2. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
3. Reliable communication to receive work schedules.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to work in all weather conditions, tolerating heat, cold, and rain.
6. Pass a drug screening prior to employment and maintain a drug-free status.
7. Ability to stand throughout the shift; hand and arm movement required.
8. Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform flagging duties.
