About the Role
This entry-level position offers promotion opportunities, on-the-job training, weekly pay, overtime, and raises based on performance. No experience is necessary. Starting pay is $18/hour with a $500/month retention bonus for up to 6 months for all new hires in good standing. There are also crew lead opportunities and operator incentives with unlimited wage potential.
Responsibilities
- Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips according to ATSSA and DOT regulations.
- Load and unload work zone equipment.
- Drive company vehicles safely to and from job sites.
- Complete all required paperwork promptly.
- Wear and maintain proper PPE according to Wright policies.
- Read and understand Wright safety manual and employee handbook.
- Report to a Field Supervisor and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable communication for work schedules.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Pass a drug screening prior to employment and remain drug-free.
- Ability to stand throughout shifts, with hand and arm movement.
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds and performing flagging duties.
