Position Details:

• Entry-level position starting at $13.50/hourly
• No experience necessary
• On-the-job training, weekly pay, overtime, and raises

Responsibilities:

1. Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips according to ATSSA and DOT regulations
2. Load and unload work zone equipment
3. Drive company vehicle safely to and from job sites
4. Complete paperwork promptly
5. Wear and maintain proper PPE
6. Read and understand safety manuals and employee handbook
7. Report to a Field Supervisor
8. Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable communication for scheduling
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and tolerate heat, cold, and rain
• Pass a drug screen and maintain a drug-free status
• Ability to stand for entire shift and perform flagging duties
• Lift up to 50 pounds
