Job Details:

• Entry-level position with no experience necessary
• Starting pay: $13.50/hourly

Responsibilities:

1. Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips according to ATSSA and DOT regulations
2. Load and unload work zone equipment
3. Drive company vehicle safely to and from job sites
4. Complete paperwork promptly
5. Wear and maintain proper PPE
6. Read and understand safety manuals and employee handbook
7. Report to a Field Supervisor
8. Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Reliable communication for scheduling
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Pass drug screening
• Ability to stand for entire shift, lift 50 pounds, and perform flagging duties
