Responsibilities:

• Control traffic using hand signs and paddles at active worksites
• Prepare flags, cones, signs, and markers
• Assist in general construction work as directed
• Drive safely following company policies
• Adhere to DOT guidelines
• Maintain vehicles and equipment
• Work in all weather conditions
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience
• Valid State driver’s license (non-provisional) and clean driving record
• Previous flagging experience preferred

Physical Abilities & Exposures:

• Work alone in remote locations, operate vehicles, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 55 pounds
• Occasional work with arms above shoulder level, stairs, and lifting heavier weights
