What you'll do:

• Provide line assist/flagging duties (direct traffic) to ensure the safe travel of all moving or stationary objects (people, vehicles, and/or equipment) within general public areas where worksites are active.
• Duties may also include grounds restoration and general construction as directed by Foreman/Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

Who we are looking for:

• At least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company
• Possess a valid Driver's License (preferred)
• Prior experience with traffic control/flagging (preferred)
• Prior experience with installation/repair/maintenance associated with underground utilities (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of and ability to operate various types of utility trucks and equipment safely
• Basic knowledge of and ability to use hand tools and equipment safely
• Able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed with or without assistance
• Ability to maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally
• Ability to follow directions, produce quality work, and maintain safe work habits/conditions according to all Federal, State, and Company regulations and policies
• Able to work as needed (overtime, after hours, weekends, emergencies, or on-call)
• Capable of withstanding outdoor environmental conditions throughout the year
