Responsibilities:

1. Control traffic in and around active worksites using hand signs and paddles.
2. Prepare flags, cones, signs, and markers.
3. Perform general construction work under the direction of the Foreman or Supervisor.
4. Drive safely and adhere to company safe driving policies.
5. Follow local, state, and federal DOT guidelines.
6. Maintain all company vehicles and equipment.
7. Perform work in all weather conditions.
8. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience.
• Valid State driver's license (non-provisional) with acceptable driving record.
• Previous flagging experience preferred.
• Physical ability to work alone in remote locations, operate vehicles, and lift between 10-55 pounds as specified.
