• Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones following ATSSA and DOT regulations.
• Load and unload work zone equipment.
• Drive company vehicles safely to and from job sites.
• Complete paperwork promptly.
• Wear and maintain PPE according to company policies.
• Read and understand safety manuals and employee handbook.
• Report to a Field Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable communication for scheduling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and remain drug-free.
• Stand throughout the shift; manual arm and hand movements required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform flagging duties.
