Traffic Control Flagger - Wright

Join us as a Traffic Control Flagger at Wright. This entry-level position offers on-the-job training, weekly pay, overtime, and raises based on your tenure. No prior experience is necessary.

Responsibilities include:

1. Setting up, maintaining, and removing temporary work zones, including warning signs, cones, and rumble strips according to ATSSA and DOT regulations.
2. Loading and unloading work zone equipment.
3. Safely driving the company vehicle to and from job sites.
4. Completing paperwork promptly.
5. Wearing and maintaining proper PPE.
6. Reading and understanding safety manuals and employee handbooks.
7. Reporting to a Field Supervisor and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Reliable communication for scheduling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and tolerate heat, cold, and rain.
• Pass a drug screening and maintain a drug-free status.
• Ability to stand throughout shifts, perform hand and arm movements, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform flagging duties.
