Traffic Control Flagger at Wright

Join our team as a Traffic Control Flagger at Wright. We offer on-the-job training, weekly pay, overtime, and raises based on performance. No experience necessary for this entry-level position, starting at $13.50/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips according to ATSSA and DOT regulations.
• Load and unload work zone equipment.
• Drive company vehicles safely to and from job sites.
• Complete all required paperwork promptly.
• Wear and maintain proper PPE as per Wright policies.
• Read and understand Wright safety manuals and employee handbook.
• Report directly to a Field Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable communication for work scheduling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Pass a drug screening prior to employment and maintain a drug-free status.
• Ability to stand for entire shifts; hand and arm movement required.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and perform flagging duties physically.
